[Purpose/significance]The paper is to realize the intelligent processing of cited reference retrieval, so as to improve librarians' work efficiency and quality. [Method/process]The paper proposes an intelligent processing system of cited reference retrieval based on word fragment fussy matching, which covers the whole process of cited reference retrieval. It not only can automatically judge the self-citation and provide services as reminding, but also can automatically generate reports and analyze the historical data. [Result/conclusion] The performances of this system in its time consuming, accuracy and data reuse are better than that of manual method, which could give both readers and librarians a good experience.
