Method of sections,a special approach to triple integral in orthogonal coordinates,is suitable for exceptional integrand and integral area but not given a detailed and thorough elaboration in a lot of teaching materials with only a formula and one or two calculation examples presented,which is not conducive to the mastery of this method.The calculation of triple integral is a difficult point in the integral calculus of multivariate function,and the basis for the integral calculation with cylindrical coordinates and spherical coordinates.Therefore,an in-depth analysis of using the"method of sections"to calculate the triple integral under rectangular coordinate system facilitates the theoretical understanding of the abstractness and the rationality of the triple integral calculation and deduction,and has an important guiding significance to the triple integral calculation combined with example analysis of the method.
